Recently, Dalin group in Japan developed "hakaruta" which can wirelessly measure the deformation of steel frame support construction in mountain tunnel engineering ®”, The safety of construction environment is ensured by real-time monitoring of deformation.
Receiver settings of "hakaruta"
In mountain tunnel engineering, the soft soil foundation is supported by arch steel frame support and shotcrete. Generally, the adaptability to the mountain is confirmed by measuring the deformation and stress of the steel frame support.
However, manual measurement requires wiring construction near the working face, and there are risks such as rock falling. Secondly, the traditional visual and wired measurement systems can not detect the increase of deformation in real time, and there are also hidden dangers.
Therefore, in order to ensure a safe working environment, Dalin group has developed "hakaruta" which can wirelessly send and monitor deformation measurement data in real time.
Full set of "hakaruta" equipment
"Hakaruta" consists of a "transmitter and receiver" for measuring data, a "tablet computer for measuring" for displaying the received data, and a "warning lamp" for giving an alarm when the specified value is exceeded. The system has the characteristics of wireless transmission, real-time monitoring, high durability, low cost and early judgment.
It is reported that in the future, Dalin group will actively promote the application of "hakaruta" on the site, which can not only prevent the collapse of the working face from causing personnel damage, but also quickly judge the adaptability of the support, so as to shorten the construction period.
